Shipping Policy 

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are actively expanding our shipping coverage to more countries and regions. Please refer to actual checkout availability.

2. Order Processing, Delivery Time & Shipping Fees
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99  to most destinations.
  • For orders below $99 , a flat shipping fee of $10  will apply.

Some remote or extended-area locations may not be eligible for the shipping rates listed above. In such cases, we will contact you before shipment to discuss any additional shipping costs. No extra charges will be applied without your approval.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Most products are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Certain power meter models may require 12–17 business days.

In most cases, the total delivery time equals the processing time plus the shipping time.

3. Important Shipping Notes
  • Some products may require a longer processing time due to limited inventory. Please check the specific product page for the most accurate information.
  • The sales schedule for preorder items is subject to the information shown on the product detail page.
  • Order processing times are based on China Standard Time (UTC+8), Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses in multiple packages.
  • We currently do not ship to the following areas: Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), Saipan, APO/FPO addresses, and other U.S. military regions.
4. Taxes, Customs Duties and Import VAT

In most cases, the prices displayed at checkout already include applicable sales taxes (if any), and customers generally will not be required to pay additional sales tax after purchase.

However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country/region upon importation. ⚠️These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

If additional charges arise due to customs regulations or carrier requirements, the shipping carrier or local customs authority may contact the customer directly to collect the applicable fees before delivery is completed. We recommend that customers check their local import regulations and tax policies before placing an order.

In special cases, we may also contact you in advance to discuss and confirm the handling of such charges.

5. Holiday Delays

During major holidays in China, including National Day and Chinese New Year, order processing times and customer service response times for certain power meter models and wheelsets may be delayed. The exact delay duration depends on the holiday schedule.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us using the email address provided at checkout or through the order message system.

⚠️ Please ensure all order and shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped, no changes or address updates can be made.

Important Notice: In some cases, an order may not yet show as “shipped,” but the shipment information may already have been forwarded to our overseas logistics partners. At that stage, the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

7. Order Tracking

You can track your order by:

  • Logging into your account on our website, or
  • Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
