Return & Warranty Policy 


This policy applies to customers who purchase products directly from Geoid.com.

Our return and warranty terms are drafted with reference to consumer laws in the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom. However, if any provision of this policy conflicts with the laws or regulations of your country or region, the applicable local laws shall prevail.

You retain all statutory consumer rights granted under your local laws. Nothing in this policy limits or reduces any of your legal rights.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from Geoid.com.

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

For consumers located in the European Union or United Kingdom, this policy also includes the legally required 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

We voluntarily extend this return period to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Withdrawal Period

The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days, meaning you may exercise your withdrawal right within 30 days after delivery.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting:

A clear written statement by email is sufficient.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request has been approved:

  • We will refund the full amount paid for the product.

  • For EU/UK consumers exercising their statutory withdrawal right, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or valid proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused and in resalable condition;

  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging;

  3. All accessories, manuals, cables, and components must be included.

If the product has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function, the customer may be responsible for the loss in value.

In some cases, products that have been installed, activated, or paired with a device may not be eligible for return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or withdrawal:

  • Digital products or virtual content that has been accessed or downloaded;

  • Products that have been activated, registered, or paired with a device;

  • Products showing obvious signs of use or used beyond reasonable inspection.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;

  • Returned goods must be sent to the return warehouse address confirmed by us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

The risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer until the goods are physically received by us.

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product:

  • Has a manufacturing defect;

  • Was damaged during shipping;

  • Does not match the product description;

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photo or video evidence.

In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us or reimbursed after payment by you;

  • Subject to applicable consumer laws, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Statutory Warranty Rights
European Union

Under EU consumer law, goods are covered by a statutory warranty of at least 2 years from delivery.

United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must:

  • Match their description;

  • Be of satisfactory quality;

  • Be fit for their reasonably intended purpose.

If goods fail to meet these requirements, consumers may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies.

10. Commercial Warranty (Manufacturer Warranty)

In addition to your statutory rights, Geoid provides the following commercial warranty:

  • Smart Trainers: 1 year

  • Power Meters: 2 years

  • Other Products: 1 year

This commercial warranty does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.

If there is any conflict between this policy and the product manual, applicable consumer law shall prevail.

11. Warranty Exclusions

The commercial warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or improper storage;

  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification;

  • Altered or removed serial numbers or SIN codes;

  • Damage caused by accidents, force majeure, or failure to follow product instructions.

12. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please contact us and provide:

  • Proof of purchase or product serial number / SIN code;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Relevant photos or videos.

Our support team will assist with troubleshooting and provide an appropriate solution.
